Dr. Sandra,
Apologize for the delay in replying. Today I found your note caught in the spam filter. I am very familiar with Rolfing. The Rolf Institute is located here in Boulder CO. I have been Rolfed many times in the past 30 years. Early on it was very painful deep pressure but the technique has changed over the years and the pressure is more subtle without the pain. It is very effective in releasing soft tissue resistance to better stance and movement patterns. I'm glad it has been helpful to you. Trauma can be held in tissues for years after the acute tissue damage has healed.

And thank you for writting your book "No More Lead Babies" People need to be aware of the health challenges that face us all.

I am wondering what you think of Rolfing. I had 10 sessions several years ago and learned to
walk, breath and reclaim parts of my body that were injured in a pedestrian accident 20 years earlier.

Just curious. I think it helped me.

I found you through Linda Hughes -- we're working together using my blog and twitter on a project. That one involves my political work, www.IncomeSecurityForAll.org, and my book, Peaceful, Positive Revolution.

My other project is a new exercise program, FlexAware(R) that teaches people to move with gravity instead of fighting against it. Information at www.FlexAware.com. Posture Genics sounds like a good fit. I'm eager to learn more.
